I was born when the first Commodore64 was made (1982).

When I was 5 years old I had to go to school. During that time I started playing with marbles and by the age of 8 I won almost everyone in the school. Back then I also collected thousands of marbles, so I guess that was a sign I play better in some games rather than others. Moreover, I understood that I like to win people.

After elementary school came the time to move up to higher education. The only problem was that the learning wasn’t my favorite part, but still I finished school with a degree.

When I was 17, I started playing board games and learned the basics of poker. We played something like Omaha with some cards that could be used as jokers in order to make it more exiting. I wasn't that good at the time but it was fun. I was happy to graduate high school.

After 4 Years of college in which I studied and got my degree. I worked for 2 years as a manager in a local club/bar and that was when I really started to play Texas Holdem Poker.

I began organizing tournaments in the bar with 7 people every Thursday. After a few months there were more than 70 people playing each week. At that point I started to win more then I earned at my job. I began studying again but it didnt work out. The love for poker was too much.

By then I was 24 years old and played my first “big” live event in a casino with a buy in of 300 Euro. I came in second and won 8k Euro. A month later I won a 12k WSOP package online. Of course I was hooked and that was the beginning of my poker career. I stopped working and started playing fulltime.

I started playing on 888 because I thought it was a nice site to play online poker on. In the following years I moved up from lower levels (5/1 to 1/2) and now I play 1/2 to 5/10. I still consider myself a better player live than online, because when playing live you have better reads of people (which I'm good at).

Last year I played the Belgium poker open and came in 3rd out of 843 players. I earned 206k dollars and up to now it's the biggest amount I won in a tournament. However, in the next few months I hope to change it because I’m gone play more big live events as a team888 player!
