1. In addition to the definitions set forth in the Pacific Poker Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply: "Referring Friend" is the person who sends the invitation; and "Referred Friend" is the person who receives the invitation to join Pacific Poker.
2. In order to qualify, the Referred Friend may not have previously deposited at Pacific Poker under their own name, or any other name or alias. Players are only permitted to have one (1) account at Pacific Poker.
3. You may invite only one friend per household. This invitation may not be sent to members of your own household.
4. Multiple accounts registered and/or accessed from a single computer or IP address will not qualify for either the referring or the referred bonus. You must not use the same email address as your Referred Friend, or an email address that is registered on any other Pacific Poker money play account.
5. The Referring Friend may invite friends to join Pacific Poker using a Practice Play account but will not be eligible for the bonus unless s/he opens a Money Play account. The Referring Friend must open the Money Play account using the same email address as s/he did to open the Practice Play account and make at least one approved deposit no more than 30 days after sending an invitation to his/her friends.
6. For the Referred Friend to qualify for this offer, s/he must open an Account and make a minimum deposit of $30, within 30 days of receiving the invitation email. An immediate $15 bonus will automatically be added to the Referred Friend's Money Play account. To receive the remaining $35 of the bonus, the Referred Friend must accumulate a minimum of 888 comp points* within six months from their initial deposit. The bonus will be available for cash out once the Referred Friend bets 20 times the bonus amount.
7. For the Referring Friend to qualify for this offer, s/he must have a Money Play Account to which the $150 bonus will be credited. If not, s/he will not be entitled to the bonus. In addition, for the Referring Friend to receive the bonus, the Referred Friend(s) must open a new Pacific Poker Money Play Account and submit a Deposit of $30, or more, to that new account no more than 30 days after the Referring Friend has submitted the invitation. An immediate $30 bonus will be added to the Referring Friend's Money Play account. To receive the remaining $120 of the bonus the Referred friend(s) must accumulate a minimum of 888 comp points* within six months from their initial deposit.
   
   *1 comp point is collected for every $10 wagered.
   
   
8. The Bonus received by the Referring Friend will be available for cash out only after the Referring Friend has bet 20 times the bonus amount.
9. Pacific Poker Members may submit a maximum of 100 invitations.

PLEASE NOTE: In relation to invitations involving Referring Friends or Referred Friends from Argentina, Brazil, China or Romania the above-mentioned amounts of money shall not apply and subject to the fulfillment of all of the other stated requirements of this offer, Referring Friends shall be entitled to receive $10 and Referred Friends shall be entitled to receive $5.
