Can't See Your Deposit?
Your Deposit should be credited to your Pacific Poker Account within the specified time frame. For a complete list of these time frames, please see Deposit Processing Time Frames, in the How to Deposit section of this site.
After submitting your Deposit, you will receive a Deposit confirmation by Email (if you have supplied us with your correct Email Address). You will also receive a pop-up message, upon entering the Pacific Poker Lobby.
If your Deposit was not approved, you will also receive immediate Email notification, from Pacific Poker.
If your Pacific Poker Account is not credited with your Deposit within the specified time frame, please check your Email box. If there is no message from Pacific Poker, please contact our Support Team immediately.
