Cashout requests may be cancelled and returned to your bankroll anytime during the three days following your cashout request. After this time your cashout will be processed and may no longer be reversed.
To reverse a cashout:
Open the main poker lobby;
Click on the Log in button in the top right corner and enter your username and password;
Click on the Cashier button in the upper right corner;
Click on Cash Out;
You will see a list of your cashout requests in the "Awaiting Processing" box, complete with the cashout's status indication. "Unprocessed" cashout requests may still be reversed;
Click on the Unprocessed Cash Out request that you wish to reverse;
Click on Reverse Cash Out;
Your "unprocessed"-cashout request will be cancelled and its status will be changed to "Cancelled by User";
The cancelled cashout funds will be immediately returned to your bankroll.
You may view your complete game play, deposit and cashout history (including reversed cashouts), within Pacific Poker's game history feature. To learn how to use the game history feature, please see Viewing Your Game History of the site. The game history feature can be accessed from within the main poker lobby.
Please note: cashouts requested and then subsequently cancelled/reversed during an event do not qualify as a deposit for that event. Furthermore, deposits must be wagered during the event in order to qualify as a deposit for that event.
There are no fees for any of our cashout services.
