Not Receiving Important Emails from Pacific Poker?
Many internet service providers have installed anti-spam filters to block out unwanted messages. Unfortunately, these filters sometimes falsely block legitimate emails. This is why you may not be receiving your important Pacific Poker transaction details.
To guarantee that you receive all of you Pacific Poker emails, all you have to do is add our email address to your email Safe List. To find out how to do this, select your email provider below for instructions.

AOL Version 9.0
Add our sending address to your "People I Know" list:
- Open your latest Pacific Poker email.
- Click the "Add Address" button to add pacificpoker.com to your "People I Know" list.
OR
- Open your latest Pacific Poker email.
- Click the "Reply" button (in the top right corner).
- A new email window opens with the wrong address in the "Send To" box.
- Replace the address with: read@mailbox.pacificpoker.com
- Click "Send Now" (in the top right corner).
- Even if the email you send does not get through to us, the act of sending it does the job of putting us into your "People I Know" list.
AOL Version 7 & 8
- Set your mail controls by going to Keyword "Mail Controls".
- Select the screen name we are sending your pacificpoker.com mail to.
- Click "Customize Mail Controls for This Screen Name".
- For AOL Version 8.0:
- Select "Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains".
- Click "Next" until the "Save" button shows up at the bottom.
- Click "Save".
- For AOL Version 7.0:
- In the section for "Exclusion and Inclusion Parameters", include the domain " pacificpoker.com".
- Click "Add".
- Choose "Ok" displayed at the bottom.
Manually:
- From the top navigation bar, choose "Settings". This will open a new window titled "AOL Settings: Customize your AOL experience".
- Click "Spam Controls" This will open another new window titled "Mail and Spam Controls".
- Click "Customer Sender List".
- Check "Allow only the senders and domains listed below".
- Type pacificpoker.com and click "Add".
- Click "Save".
- Click "Save".
EARTHLINK:
Using TotalAccess Mailbox (Windows):
- Open TotalAccess and choose "Mailbox".
- Click on the "Address" button.
- Click "File" in the TotalAccess Menu.
- Choose "New Company" (Domain).
- In the space provided, enter pacificpoker.com and click "Add".
- Click "Ok" to add the domain name.
Using Web Mail (Macintosh, or Windows Online):
- Click the "Address Book" link in the left menu pane, below your Inbox and other mail folders.
- Click the "All Categories" drop-down menu (middle of white screen, in Address Book section below checked items).
- Choose "Companies" (Domains).
- Click the "Add" button next to the Companies (Domains) category menu.
- In the space provided, enter pacificpoker.com.
- Click "Allow This Company (Domain)" button to add the domain name.
- Click "Save" (top right of the screen).
EXCITE, iWon, MyWay
- Sign into Excite Email.
- Click on the "Mail Preferences" link.
- You will see a "Spam Prevention Tools" heading. Underneath it you will see a "Block List" link and a "Safe List" link.
- Click on "Safe List".
- Under "Type a single email address (or domain)" type @pacificpoker.com. Click "Add".
- Click "Save".
Note: If you have set up one or more email filter rules, these will override any Safe List requests. If an incoming message with an email address or domain name that you included in your Safe List meets any of your filter rules, that message will be filed in the specified filter folder rather than being delivered to your Inbox.
From your Bulk Mail Folder
If an email message from Pacific Poker has been delivered to your Bulk Mail folder instead of your Inbox, you can add pacificpoker.com to your Safe List by doing either of the following:
- From the Bulk Mail folder, check the box next to the message's "Sender Name".
- Click the "Not Bulk" button. Then select pacificpoker.com and click "Save".
- From within the email message, click on the "This is not Bulk Mail" link found at the top of that message. (Below the "From" field.)
- Select pacificpoker.com to add to your "Safe List" and click "Save".
Hotmail or MSN:
- Open your Hotmail Mailbox.
- Click on the "Options" link at the far right side of the page.
- Click on "Junk Email Protection".
- Click on "Safe List".
- Type read@mailbox.pacificpoker.com in the field "Type an address or domain".
- Click "Add" and then "OK".
- If you see a Pacific Poker email in your Junk Mail folder, click "This is not Junk Mail" to avoid having email from the same source sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future.
JUNO
- Click the "Options" button in Email on the Web.
- On the "Mail Options" screen, click the "Safe Lists" link.
- The "Options: Safe List" screen will appear, displaying your current Safe List.
- You can add addresses to your Safe List by typing an address in the box under "Add Address to Safe List":

- Click the "Add" button to add the address to the list on the right.
- Click "Save".

- Click on "Options" (along the second row down, next to Address Book).

- Click the "Add Filter" button again.
- If the pacificpoker.com email has been filtered to your "bulk" folder, open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.
SBCGlobal
- Open your SBCGlobal Mailbox.
- Click "Mail Options".
- Click "Filters".
- Click "Add Filter".
- In the top row, labeled "From header:" make sure the "Contains" field is selected in the drop-down menu.
- In the text box next to that drop-down menu enter pacificpoker.com. At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select Inbox from the drop-down menu.
- Click the "Add Filter" button again.

- Select "Cloudmark"
- Click on "Options" from the Cloudmark SpamNet toolbar in Outlook.
- Click "Advanced".
- Go to the "Whitelist" tab.
- Click the "Add" button.
- Type read@mailbox.pacificpoker.com.
- Click "OK".
Mailblocks
- Click the "Addresses" tab.
- Click "New".
- Type @pacificpoker.com
- Make sure "Accept Mail From This Address" is selected under "Receiving Options".
- Un-check "Display in People Picker" under "Other Options".
- Click "Submit".
- Click "OK".
MailShield
- Click "Friends" from the toolbar.
- Click "Add".
- Type @pacificpoker.com
- Click "OK".
MailWasher
- Click "Tools"
- Click "Blacklist & Friends".
- Click "Add" on the right (the Friends list side).
- Make sure "Wildcard expression" is selected.
- Type read@mailbox.pacificpoker.com
- Click "OK".
- Click "OK".
McAfee Spamkiller
- Click "Friends" from the sidebar.
- Click "Add".
- Make sure "All users at a domain" is selected under "Friend type"
- Type pacificpoker.com in the address field
- Click "OK".

- Start up Norton AntiSpam
- Click the "Status & Settings" tab
- Click "AntiSpam" (middle of the screen).
- Click the yellow "Configure" button (bottom right of screen).
- Click the "Allowed List tab" (the second tab on the list of tabs).
- Click the "Add" button (lower left).
- In the email address box, enter

Outlook 2003
- Start Outlook.
- On the "Tools" menu, click "Options".
- On the "Preferences" tab, click "Junk Email".
- On the "Safe Senders" tab, click "Add".
- In the "Add address or domain" dialog box, type pacificpoker.com, and then click "OK".
- Click "OK" to close the "Junk Email Options" dialog box.
- Click "OK" to close the "Options" dialog box.
Oddpost
- Check your "Probably Spam" folder.
- If you see that pacificpoker.com email was incorrectly filtered out, select it, and click the "Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Spam" button.
SpamButcher
- Click the "Configure" button.
- Go to the "Known Senders" tab.
- Click "Add" under "Known Good Senders and Recipients".
- Type pacificpoker.com
- Click "OK".
- Click "OK".
Spam Inspector
- Select "Spam Inspector", then "Manage Friends List" from either the Spam Inspector toolbar or from the Outlook menu.
- Make sure "Email" is selected under "Add a New Friend".
- Select "Domain"
- Type pacificpoker.com
- Click the">>" button.
- Click "Close".
Spam Interceptor
- Follow the Trusted link under > Authentication Lists.
- Enter the email address: read@mailbox.pacificpoker.com
- Click "Add".
Spameater Pro
- Click "Filters" from the sidebar.
- Click the "Approved Senders" tab.
- Click "Add Filter".
- Type pacificpoker.com into an address field
- Choose "Email Domain" under "Address Type".
- Click "OK".
SpamPal
- Click on the SpamPal system tray icon with the right mouse button.
- Click "Add to Whitelist" from the menu.
- Type read@mailbox.pacificpoker.com
- Click "Add".
Spam Sleuth
- Select "File", then "Configure".
- Go to the "Friends" category.
- Make sure "Active" is checked.
- Type read@mailbox.pacificpoker.com on a line by itself in the entry field.
- Click "OK"
Other Email services, clients or AntiSpam software:
If Pacific Poker email has been filtered to your "Bulk" or "Junk" folder, try adding pacificpoker.com to your Address Book or Contact list.
If this option is not available, try moving the message to your "Inbox" or forwarding the message to yourself.
If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or email your ISP or SPAM filter technical support and ask how you can be sure to receive all email from Pacific Poker.
