How to Cash Out

How Do I Cash Out My Winnings?

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, Pacific Poker makes every effort to ensure that your cashout request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

To cash out your winnings from your Pacific Poker account, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the main poker lobby;
2. Click on the Log in button in the top right corner and enter your username and password;
3. Click on the Cashier button in the upper right corner;
4. Once in the Cashier, click on Cash Out;
5. In the box provided, enter the amount that you wish to cash out from your account.
6. From the drop-down menu, please enter by which payment method you wish to receive your Remaining Cash Out Balance (please see Pacific Poker's Cash Out Policy, if any exists:
   1. If you choose Wire Transfer, please enter/review/update your bank details in the pop-up window and then click Submit.
   2. If you choose Bank Draft, please enter/review/update your mailing address in the pop-up window and then click Submit.
   3. If you choose EntroPay card and you placed a deposit with an EntroPay card issued through EntroPay's website your funds will be returned to your card.
   4. If you choose EntroPay card and you placed a deposit with the help of our Member Support team (by phone) you will be required to contact the Member Support team to get a claiming code for you. EntroPay will then email you a link to their site which will guide you through the steps to making your cashout. You will need your claim code during this process in order to cashout.
7. Click on the Submit Cash Out Request button.

Please note the following important information:

Cashouts requested within the same 24 hour period, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.

If your cashout request is for less than the minimum allowable amount, listed below, the funds will be returned to your bankroll:

• The minimum allowable Wire Transfer cashout is $20.
• " The minimum allowable Bank Draft, Moneybookers, NETELLER, PayPal, UK credit cards via BACS, credit card, debit card, Moneta, WebMoney and EntroPay card cashout is $6.

Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation, may be required to process your cashout requests, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous deposits with us.

Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd. (the operator of Pacific Poker) reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of cashout requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

Bonuses may be cashed out only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied (please see Bonus Policy section of this site).

There are no fees for any of our cashout services. In the event that we terminate the offering of our business in any specific country, payouts will be subject to reasonable processing charges.
