Cash Out Payment Time Frames

How Long Does it Take to Receive My Winnings?

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, Pacific Poker makes every effort to ensure that your cashout request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Cashout requests are processed three (3) business days from the date of request. During this time you may cancel your cashout request, from within the Poker Room Cashier, and return it to your Pacific Poker Bankroll (please see the Reversing Your Cashout section of this site). This will allow you to play for real money (Money Play) without making a new deposit to your Pacific Poker account. After three (3) business days, the status of your cashout request will change to "Processed" and you will no longer be able to cancel it.

You will be notified by Email once processing of your Cash Out Request has been completed and the funds have been transferred to you.

Please note: it may take additional time for your Credit Card or payment method provider to post your Cash Out funds to your account.

Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar), Ltd. (the operator of Pacific Poker), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of Cash Out requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transactions.

There are no fees for any of our Cash Out services.

We want our Members to receive their winnings as soon as possible and will do our utmost to keep the time frames stipulated in our Cash Out Policy. Please be aware, however, that some Cash Out methods are completed via third parties and delays beyond our control may occur, in rare cases.

If your Cash Out payment has not been posted within the specified time frame (see chart above), please contact our Support Team.

Pacific Poker utilizes the most advanced security and encryption technologies available, to ensure that your transaction and all of your financial information are completely secure.
